We can today reveal that the band have been confirmed as special guests on the forthcoming autumn arena tour this year with hard rock legend Alice Cooper.
The seven show tour in October visits large venues in Manchester on 4th, Aberdeen 5th, Leeds 7th, Brighton 8th, London 10th, Birmingham 11th and finally Cardiff on the 12th. MC50 featuring Wayne Kramer complete the bill.
Tickets go onsale from 10am on Friday 22 February here although there are some presales available through O2 and other sites.

The band are playing this year’s Great British Alternative Music Festival which takes place at Butlins in Skegness from 4-7 October. They previously played the festival back in 2016. The band headline on Sunday 6 October and all info, including ticket details, can be found here

Another show has been added to the band’s busy gigging schedule for 2019. They head up to Scotland in late July to appear at the Rewind festival. The event takes place from 19-21 July at Scone Palace in Perth with the band playing on Sunday 21. Further details on the festival can be found here and tickets can be purchased here

We can now confirm the actual date that the band are playing at Punk Rock Bowling festival in Las Vegas is Monday 27 May. Weekend and day tickets are onsale now here and more details about the festival are here
In addition, we can reveal that the band also play their own headline show in Los Angeles at 1100 capacity The Regent two days afterwards on Wednesday 29 May. Tickets are onsale here from 10am Friday 8 February 10am PST

Back in the winter of 1974, a recently formed band played their first public gig at a pub which put on live music in their adopted hometown of Guildford. The band was The Stranglers, the pub was The Star and the date was 21st December 1974.
That was the beginning of an ongoing journey of live gigs lasting well over 40 years for the band. The Star had started as a live music venue for folk artists back in the 1950s and continues to host up & coming bands to this day… Sadly, that is now under threat after an office block behind the venue was bought up by a property developer to turn into flats, deciding that the live music would be off putting to perspective buyers and requesting that The Star’s live music licence be revoked. This has provoked uproar with the community in Guildford and has come to the attention of many bands who played there over the years, including The Stranglers.

Another summer gig in! The band are confirmed to play at this year’s Beautiful Days festival in August. Folk punks The Levellers organise the festival which takes place in Escot Park near Exeter in Devon with the band appearing on Friday 16th. The band are confirmed to play at the Val De Rock festival in France in late June. The 3 day event takes place in Chessy to the east of Paris and they appear on Sunday 30th. Tickets information and further details for the festival can be found here

In addition to the previously announced Paris Olympia date late in November, we can now confirm that there are actually a total of six French gigs at that time. The band visit Le Mans (22), Penmarc’h near Quimper (23), Herouville Saint Clair (24), Lille (26), Paris (27) and finally Strasbourg (28). Tickets for the five new gigs go onsale via the links in the gigs listing at 1000 CET Wednesday 16 January.
Further Euro dates are planned for the gap between the six French and three German dates in early December. Details to follow…
